Hole 6 is short for a stroke index one but don’t
be fooled by the length, it’s a
dogleg right and there are plenty of places
to get into trouble.
There’s an area of out of bounds
down the right and a large, mature oak
tree that can easily hamper your approach
shot. A fairway bunker will grab a poor
second shot, which will be aimed at small
green that’s only 10 yards wide.
With trees to the left, right and at
the back of the green, club selection
for this approach is important. And the
green can produce some very tricky putts
