2010/11 membership subscriptions for Shirley Park are not due until June. However, if you join now and agree to pay our entry fee you can start playing in March, giving you almost 3 months of free golf. We have 50 Club competitions and golf events with monthly and midweek medals, matches, league golf and (unlike other clubs) you don’t book your tee time (except Sunday mornings) so members turn up and play whenever they like. We have a reciprocal arrangement with 3 neighbouring clubs to play 3 free games of golf at each of these clubs every year – 9 more FREE games of golf.

We hold over 20 social events with a meal or buffet and live entertainment. We have quiz and race nights, parties and two snooker tables, a giant screen in our lounge and plasma TV in our Players Bar for golf, cricket, tennis, Ryder Cup and World Cup.

We’ve spent over £2 million in the last 7 years on the clubhouse, course and a new 150 year lease. We can do all that because the Club is owned by its members so nobody takes the profits out of the club. We limit the number of members, so we are only looking for 20 men or women golfers to take up this offer and all we ask is for your commitment by paying our joining fee or, if you want to pay it over 3 years interest free, we’ll ask for the 20010/2011 part of it.
